Ordinance No. 303/2019 - Standard Costs

Decree no. 303/2019 was published last September, which sets the standard costs, defined by technology, system or building element that allow quantifying the cost of interventions for rehabilitation operations.

For the purpose of calculating the cost of rehabilitation works per square meter of construction, terms of paragraph 2 in the article 29-A of Decree - Law no. 118/2013 - the costs related to the surroundings, as well as the technical systems, are considered.

The ordinance presents the cost, per square meter of construction, the various building elements and the type of intervention, which can be found in Table 1 of this decree. An example would be: an interior renovation work with alterations in partitions will have a standard cost of 200 € / m2, and without alteration of partitions, but with alterations of sanitary installation, will have a standard cost of 150 € / m2.
